我現在180cm,86kg,我比較理想的體重是75公斤內,請問如果我現在就做重量訓練例如舉啞鈴或是伏地挺身和仰臥起坐之類的,會不會瘦到某個程度後(如78kg)就瘦不下來了,聽說太胖做重量訓練會把脂肪練成肌肉然後就受不下來了是真的嗎?可是因為我國中~高中期間都有在做重量訓練,但因為荒廢了一陣�
