1.請問健身是做重一點一組少一點,還是做輕一點一組多一點簡單來說是*做重少一點好,還是做輕多一點好*哪一個效過比較好?我通常都是做重,之後沒力再做輕的來緩衝可是因為休息半年沒健身,所以沒辦法做的比以前多以前重那是做50公斤100下好,還是100公斤50下好?2.還有請問下胸肌,我好像都沒什�
