各位健身界的前輩們~小弟目前身高165體重68...希望練成像李小龍般,肌肉線條分明精壯的體格,其實小弟已努力約2年了,平均每週運動3~4天,運動內容跑步30~40分鐘,時速設定為每小時10.3公里,重量訓練約60分鐘左右,每項約做3~5組,每組15下,但我選擇的重量都不重,舉15下後並不至於精疲力盡,因為不高,所以不希望
