我有一個5kg的啞鈴跟8kg的啞鈴,想請問一下一天至少要舉幾次,然後多久會有效果,我整隻手都肉肉的,還有蝴蝶袖,我這樣子舉啞鈴,蝴蝶袖是不是也可以解決,要是有正確的舉法,附圖片更好
