我在家自行健身有一段時間了,有喝乳清蛋白且身體的線條也有出來,但是重量卻沒什麼增加。我瘦瘦的沒什麼肥肉,想要把自己練壯不要看起來單薄,我想我的健身方式也沒錯,因為隔天都會痠痛。所以想請教具有專業知識的大大我是不是該喝高蛋白而不是乳清蛋白,如果喝高蛋白會不會長一堆肥肉�
