是從兩三個月前開始天天做伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐次數都不固定每次都做到極限就停止了但隔日手臂跟腰部都會有痠痛感但是這一個禮拜我也一如往常的做伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐也都是做到自己的極限然後就停止了不過隔日手臂跟腰部卻毫無感覺?這算正常嗎?是動作不標準還是..?還有..健身會變瘦嗎?
