小弟現在擔任大學捕手我自己參考網路上以及學長的方法平常球隊練球時間很少只有一天下午3點到6點(其餘時間要上課)所以我自己增加以捕手的菜單以下是我自訂的菜單:捕手訓練菜單體能訓練:(平常日)一、每天作伏地挺身20下(練臂力)日後可逐漸增加二、每天仰臥起坐50下(練腰力)三、每天跑步
