各位好!小弟最近開始健身,小弟目前身高172體重65,肚子屁股的部分滿多脂肪,想請問這樣我還需要喝乳清蛋白嗎?這樣會不會讓肚子、屁股瘦不下來(我有瘋狂做仰臥起坐)
