我16歲剛在健身房打滾1個多月器材大概都摸索過主要該練的也差不多知道想各位幫我看一下我的健身菜單是1胸.背2手3腿4胸.背5手6腿禮拜天休息我這樣的訓練的方式可以嘛?一個肌肉群訓練過後是不是要休息2天讓他恢復還是一天就可以了?我的二頭肌再訓練的時候已經有點形狀出現了大概要練多久可以讓��
