今天是第一次去健身房大概去了兩小時回家全身都有點酸痛我是想要練點腹肌胸肌跟手臂的肌肉啦但是該怎麼練有菜單可以提供嗎?肌肉酸痛是不是要休息幾天?還是可以天天去?如果要休息要休息多久?以後我大概每只能去一小時聽別人說不能每次都全身訓練每次都針對不同地方是這樣嗎但總不能舉啞鈴舉
