大家好,我加入健身房一年多了 跟健身前其實是有落差,但我覺得不夠明顯也跟過身邊健身很壯的朋友一起帶過我練,但每個人的練法都不太一樣所以在這想請教有在健身的朋友幾個問題,讓我參考謝謝!Q1:因為我一個禮拜只能去3天健身房,我其中一個朋友帶我練的方式是 去的3天每天練的部
