小弟目前健身已經快3個月重訓前會先跑30分鐘重訓後會在跑30分鐘重訓完30~45分鐘後喝乳清蛋白雖然每次重訓都做的要死要活,第二次測量發現體脂肪跟*肌肉量*都下降了所以教練覺得營養品補充不到位,建議多吃東西(尤其是高蛋白的食物)避免消耗掉*肌肉*也建議熱身不用跑這麼久(現在只跑10~15分鐘)調整後
