大家好,其實我有一個問題比較煩惱。我是男生,身高大概169,體重一直徘徊47~50之間,就是啊,我會吃宵夜,但是就是比較不會胖,飲食都還蠻正常的,排便狀況也不錯,沒有便秘。我之前就是有看啊,要吃胖就要攝取比較高熱量的食物,但是我本身是燥熱體質,所以吃油炸的東西就比較容易嘴破,��
