我身高172體重64~66我覺得很怪我體重每天變化都很大也不知道原因==但是大部分是在6566那邊我前一個月開始去健身房跑步跑了一個月感覺沒什麼用==到底是為什麼阿我想要減到62因為我臉蠻圓的所以看起來有點胖尤其肚子站著的時候還好坐著肚子整個游泳圈跑出來(1)為何跑步減不下來(尤其肚子(2)飲食部分
