因為我之前在健身房運動的時候,看到好多教練在喀那些蛋白粉,他們說就算我要減重吃的話有時候會刺激你的新陳代謝,讓我更想運動並且幫助恢復...那我這樣有辦法讓脂肪轉化為肌肉嗎?可以達到瘦身效果嗎??
