我是ㄍ夜間部學生..白天要上班..可是我骨架很小又滿瘦的..我都有在健身..之前有持續..1...2ㄍ月又停止了..現在又開始健身..但是我都在晚上11點到2點健身..然後補充乳清蛋白..配合運動量喝..可是在凌晨健身..有效嗎..還是!?..這樣乳清蛋白會吸收嗎喝乳清蛋白..大便的便便是不是我硬硬一顆一顆的..我都有
