請教一下我2011年9月份開始健身身高167CM體重從64KG降到現在(12月)約56KG34"腰掉到約31"腹肌可以看到田字了下腹部超難練還是有脂肪堆積所有人不管天天見面或很久不見的朋友都能明顯看到我瘦了但朋友一眼可以看到我瘦了不是身材變結實了而是臉頰凹陷臉上皺紋抬頭紋法令紋辨明顯且皮膚也變糟(冬
