像是我是做"啞鈴交替彎舉"由於右手比較有力所以每次左手完全沒力時..都會變成右手卻可以繼續做下去的窘境這時應該要著重於平等的訓練(也就是結束)還是還要對右手另外做單獨的重訓直到力竭為止呢?對了我順便問一下"腹肌"牠是能練大的嗎?還是只能練出來而已...Showmore
