各位大大好我目前16歲整每天下午6點60下伏地挺身+8磅啞鈴320下晚上9點60下伏地挺身+8磅啞鈴320下晚上9點半300下推胸(健身機器那種坐著)+180下仰臥起坐每天大概要75-85分鐘練完請問我這樣會導致長不高嗎?因為我沒有舉重物是坐著練啞鈴的然後其他的也是坐著或躺著我聽別人說這樣不會說影響身高太多**我�
