請教健身教練~練肌肉群的問題 - 健身

因為我有在上健身房~去一各多月~第一各月不知道練肌肉群~就什麼都做~直到這星期才有規劃肌肉群我規劃是第一天胸部二頭~第二天練背部~第三天練三角~以此類推~作重力前我都會做有氧~三十分鐘跑步機二十分鐘飛輪腳踏車~還有固定做腹部運動~健身房星期日固定公休我的問題是~如果我星期六練三角~可
