小弟我身高178公分、體重70公斤,看起來肉肉的最近買了一組組合式的啞鈴想訓練手臂上的肥肉@@我爬文了幾天後發現我比較想練線條,大部分都建議要低重量、多次數,所以我目前是舉5公斤的啞鈴,每次舉20下休息1分鐘,然後舉5次共100下,舉完之後手臂只有感覺一點痠痠的而已,想請問一下我是否要�
