誠心發問:我想請問一下各位有健身經驗的專家們,小弟從一個月前開始,幾乎每天練身體,我的訓練方式是,我有一個16P的單支啞鈴,一開始比較弱就先練二頭捲起,10下一組一開始左手比較弱要用兩隻手輔佐,後來比較有力之後,開始改成一隻手各10下休息30秒,一天做10組,一直到現在我自己弄得課表是,肩推15下�
