我今年16歲喜歡健身..國二吧是個胖子173/85公斤現在是173/64..因為瘦很快所以肉很鬆弛,我喜歡健身斷斷續續大約也練了1年了吧可是都沒什麼效果我每天晚上都會玩滾輪25伏地挺身70仰臥起坐60~100滾輪是跪著用伏地挺身很標準的很慢的那種仰臥起坐我就不知道怎麼做會比較有效果了是要在腳上壓東西嗎?要做
