小弟之前在家自已練習健身,因為目標在於增壯,後來便加入健身房,加入健身房三個月後,肌肉的線條漸漸明顯,但肌肉的尺寸,常在練完時變大,但隔兩天後就又變小,幅度有點大(練完覺得身材有進步的感覺,隔兩天又回到原點),請問這是正常的嗎,該如何突破?
