我目前大一,173公分66公斤,從11月開始就有在固定上健身房,訓練完也都會馬上補充30克左右蛋白質,飲食方面也有注重(少油少糖多蛋白),一個禮拜大概練三次,都有想辦法做大重量(w槓空舉有兩邊各30磅,二頭集中10~12.5磅,胸推空槓有兩邊各17.5磅),胸跟手都有一點成果,不過感覺起來效果並不是那�
