我目前身高174cm體重53.520歲目前剛加入健身房,想要在最快時間內達到增重及練壯的效果BMI17.7體脂肪11.1%骨駱肌重26.4體脂肪重5.9目標體重60↑希望3個月達到我現在每天都會去健身房因為要工作每天大概晚上7點~10點間會去一次練1個多小,先跑步10~20分鐘,重訓1小時左右,再跑10~20分鐘飲食的話健身前後一
