公司剛好有健身房~所以透過幾位健身朋友的教導最近開始免費利用這健身房健身朋友教導了幾個動作.也叫我可以喝豆漿補充蛋白質.這一個月來~是有明顯變壯.有肌肉線條但是~我想到一個問題.如果蛋白質是生長肌肉那體型本來就比較壯的人~蛋白質是不是要減少攝取以免造成反效果?雖然我朋友說沒聽過�
