小弟目前狀況166/52公斤(之前只有46)練了1個月的仰臥起坐還有伏地挺身(早晚各100左右到抖)剛開始效果很明顯明顯變大了..可是現在1個多月越來越沒變化只有小胸肌還有不明顯的腹肌(站遠只看的到非常不明顯的4塊,近看就感覺像2塊直的)每次運動完都會喝豆漿(30分鐘內)吃飯時間會吃肉(麥當勞9塊麥克雞��
