每天都有負面的想法還有思考已經快要兩個月了吧我有嘗試運動運動完真的有點效果但是沒運動或是一天沒運動就見不到效果總之我還是有點負面方面的思考很久了其實以前就有只是最近好像更嚴重完全沒有什麼原'動力想做任何事有的時候更不知道自己在幹嘛就真的只想一直上網看東西我都覺得自��
