想請問各位大大我每天騎健身車(20kg飛輪),我調2檔每天最少騎30分鐘,假日騎1小時以上星期天因為下午有打籃球,所以休息我星期1-5騎30分鐘平均速度25-30左右(這是上面的紀錄器)我4-5分鐘騎2km,但30分鐘後卡路里顯示器只有40~~這是?我是不知道要騎多久~~但聽人家說每天30以上就能達到運動效果再吃的方面,我��
