我172體重62外表看起來瘦但上半部的痛只有自己能知道胸部大也有大肚子穿衣服不好看,沒自信肚子是能縮,但是胸部縮不了一直駝背平常有在練,手臂有肌肉,但看似不明顯但我不是瘦弱男我是想讓上半部要有點線條近來有每天做伏地挺身腳都踏桌子離地30-40公分12下一組通常會做個3~6組(洗澡前)睡前也會仰�
