各位健身魔人好,我之前是以次數多,組數少做訓練,以肌耐力為主。但最近要改次數少,組數多的方法。但我做的訓練方法不知對或不對。比如以胘二頭肌來說好了,每組8下,共6組,組間休息1至2分鐘。當我到第5組要到8下已經快舉不起來了,第6組可說是無法完成。我的腹部也是此情形。重點是,只
