初學者的健身問題 - 健身

我是一個正打算要開始練健身的新手(啥都不懂==?)目前167.80打算把肉練成肌肉應該不需要再增重了吧?如果一個禮拜有七天我初階應該練幾天休幾天呢?我想練上半身讓胸型好看讓胸厚一點還有手臂線條~可是我不曉得我該怎麼開始今天試了20KG一組10下坐了4組就手臂很酸然後飛鳥就快沒力氣在抓了只抓了10��
