想在下班後去運動減肥.但時段剛好是卡在晚上7點左右.但是累ㄌ一天不可能晚上不吃呀.但是又怕吃ㄉ時間點不對.聽說運動後吃反而吸收更好.更容易胖!!運動前吃又怕胃下垂>"<...到底該怎ㄇ吃才會效果剛剛好呀QQ...
