慢跑一直是個很好運動...對於我想練習的拳擊..也是個基本功..帶是平常很少慢跑..所以跑沒幾步就很喘又乳酸堆積很癢要怎麼樣才能讓自己可以越跑耐力越好只能常常跑而以麻甚麼時候跑最好一天跑幾次比較好?我身高176體重96
