小弟本身體重很重(體脂肪43)體弱多病肚子超大想瘦肚子大腿胸部(肉多但不至於下垂)昨天發現身體好像快不行了(伏地挺身5下仰臥起坐10下)喘呼呼今天睡醒(手肘痠痛)不知道是下雨天(本身有痛風)的關係還是突然運動的關係請問有經驗的大大能分享運動一開始的方法嗎?
