我测100公尺才20.39秒有夠慢所以希望能在這幾個月的時間裡提升自己的速度至少要到17秒以內也希望能加強肌耐力我要的是方法ㄧ開始不用太累慢慢加的不用太複雜單純一點可以在室內做的而且要"有用"!!立定跳遠也希望能告訴我鍛鍊的方法蛙跳之類的!時間.次數等等還有我才國一做重量訓練怕長不�
