我覺得自己常常會去強迫自己去思考同一件事特別是某種不愉快的經驗或是工作上的缺失或是去回想一些令自己不舒服的事情然後情緒暫時陷入低潮嚴重的話還會將目前工作的缺失回推放大至過去覺得自己過去犯了太多同樣的錯反覆自責明知過去的事已無法挽回卻仍陷於其中情緒低落有什麼解決方法嗎
