請問,我大概80KG178公分我想要有腹肌,胸肌和大塊大塊的肌肉還有我想要讓力氣至少能扛起120KG的物品,我家沒有啞鈴那些健身物品,我每天固定會做100下仰臥起坐,25下伏地挺身,我總覺的自己力氣太小,請問該如何訓練呢?請高手回答
