我是不是完了好擔憂我上上星期六(十天前)到健身房去運動大家應該都知道健身房中有很多不一樣的運動器材是要訓練我們的身體不同部位的肌群女生最喜歡針對大腿臀部類的運動器材我也是我用了一台機器是趴著然後腳踝後上方有重量重覆的把小腿一直不斷的抬起來再放下去此動作可以訓練大腿和臀��
