最近去健身房~這樣安排運動~會瘦嗎?!健康嗎?!有請達人回答一下~1200~1300-瑜珈1310~1400-跑步機(5.5公里快走)1410~1440-單車機(難度不強ㄉ)1450~1530-抬腿放鬆(怕有蘿蔔腿)1610~1640-跑步機(5.5公里快走)1650~1730-抬腿放鬆(怕有蘿蔔腿)1800~2000-有氧舞蹈這樣會瘦嗎?!運動量會過多嗎?!有沒有其他ㄉ好安排~~我想健康瘦下來!
