我現在85KG160公分我差不多幾個禮拜前還有90KG自從我早上開始晨跑節食以後就開始瘦到85KG但是我ㄧ天沒運動而已就開始胖!!!!而且我只有吃一餐而已我開始晨跑以後我習慣早上5點跑完後就回家去睡覺直接睡到下午所以都只有吃晚餐!這樣是不正常的嗎?我可能都會熬夜所以早上睡到下午這樣可以把睡眠補回
