我曾經也有胖過但瘦下來了,是用多運動少吃的方式,但那之後我生理失調長痘痘膚質變很差!想讓皮膚變好而不管身材了,之後不節制自己所以又胖起來了~~有甚麼方法可以瘦下來哩?我有想過吃船井生醫耶~不知道這是不是有效的方式?
