各位大大請問..運動完後.覺得肚子空空不舒服.可以吃一顆蘋果嗎?慢跑小腿會變粗嗎?沒地方給我慢跑.原地跑步可以嗎?一天吃太多蘋果會怎樣嗎?為什麼我跳繩200下之後.慢走20分鐘.頭就在暈呀?!起床後喝水要在運動前.還是運動後喝呢?大概就這樣囉..我想到問題在麻煩大家吧!!...Showmore
