最近我開始想要練胸肌目前每天都會作伏地挺身還有一些啞鈴動作做了兩週胸部開始有隆起的胸刑但是不是相當明顯但是用摸的就可以摸到胸部肌肉是硬的朋友跟我說去健身房一個月用壓的就壓得出來了但是我想在家裡用啞鈴練胸肌我的磅數是12磅的朋友說太小了我的目標是:想要練出有形的胸肌不用��
