如題我的身高148體重60(女)(是該好好減肥了)因為網路上的啞鈴訓練方法太雜了很難找到適合我的所以想請這裡的健身達人幫我簡易配一個重訓課程千萬不要介紹我去健身中心><~我知道那邊有很多專業的但是.....T^T~本人還只是學生~沒有固定月收入0.0我想瘦的地方有1.小腹2蝴蝶袖3手臂4.大腿......啞鈴可
