請問一下喔我現在國三男生身高167體重66關於前臂要看起來有力要做什麼訓練不是練得像健美先生或者是摔角選手那樣那麼誇張就是因為我有看過有人手沒出力前臂就是手肘到手婉那段就看起來很有力我現在有啞鈴一手五公斤的兩個跟握力器也兩個我從十一月開始就有再做訓練就是伏地挺身一個禮拜家��
