每天做伏地挺身...有效嗎?我大概做十下休息一分鐘連續一個小時每天這樣有沒有效果?(練肌肉本身就有部分肌肉想練更結實如果沒有可以說一下怎樣才是有效的練法?練哪邊都可以不過我沒很多錢所以不要叫我買什麼健身器材....免摳摳或低價的最好還有我家有仰臥起坐的腳比頭高很斜那種很久沒用之前��
