各位愛好健身的大大們好:小弟最近剛在練啞鈴,目前是舉30磅的,每次做二組目前第一組做15下,第二組7下(都是做到沒力)看到其它知識家討論說一組超過15下就太輕,但我第二組就只能做7下左右,我需要加重啞鈴嗎?還是說要做到何種程度再加重啞鈴?若是單練啞鈴的情況下,做一休一比較好還是�
