因跳不高合籃球投籃訓練之間的疑問? - 重訓

我身高170體重100(太胖其實我朋友看我說不會很胖ㄚ可是體重就是事實)高2生打籃球不告跳高不靠速度單純吃準度和基本動作現在連板子都磨不到去我朋友講還差半隻手掌疑問1:太胖是我跳不高的原因嗎?????比例佔多少阿??疑問2:我想要18歲開始做重訓也想在18歲之前打體重減到70~75在作重訓各位得看法如何??
